Roles, answered
What is a role?
A named set of permissions, like Manager or Editor. You give a role to a user instead of picking permissions one by one.
Where do the permissions come from?
From your Permissions screen. Add a permission there, then use it in any role.
Who can add, edit or delete roles?
Owners and admins with access to User Management.
What happens if I delete a role?
The role disappears from the list, and people who had it lose its access. Move them to another role first.
Can MYCT set this up for us?
Yes. Tell us how your team works and we’ll build your roles and permissions.
