Prior to joining MYCT, Shailee served as Software Development Manager at 05 Media, where she oversaw the design and deployment of social media-driven applications. She also held a leadership role as Engineering Manager at Huawei, where she managed cross-functional teams and helped drive product innovation in a fast-paced, global environment. With a strong track record in both startup and enterprise environments, Shailee brings a rare blend of technical expertise and operational leadership.
